Sauce Making MSTC Class

This class will explore how to make different sauces to use in the kitchen. Classics like Hollandaise and a gluten-free gravy will be covered, along with thickening agents such as roux and starches. Included in the class will be hands-on instruction along with demonstration. Participants will get to sample and take home some sauces to share. This class is taught by Ryan Petrouske.
